Maggi Chakalaka




INGREDIENTS:

100ml oil

1 carrot, grated

½ green pepper, chopped

45ml curry powder

5ml turmeric

1 tin chopped tomato & onion mix

5ml MAGGI Chilli Sauce


20ml MAGGI LAZENBY Worcestershire Sauce

TT salt and pepper


100ml water


METHOD:

1. In a large pan, heat the oil and add the grated carrots & chopped green peppers. Fry until soft, approximately 3-­‐4 minutes.

2. Add the curry powder & turmeric and cook for a further 2 minutes stirring continuously.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and allow to cook for 20 minutes or until reduced.

4. Remove from heat and serve how desired.
